The contract includes the construction of 135 residential villas of various sizes, ranging from 250 m² to 600 m², on a total land area of 43,468 square meters, with a total value of 250 Million SAR .

According to Al Akaria’s statement on the Tadawul platform, the contract—signed with Rezaik Abdullah Al Gedrawy Contracting Company—will extend for 24 months and covers the execution of all civil, structural, architectural, and electromechanical works for the residential project.
