As President and Chief Executive Officer, Rezaik AlGedrawy is responsible for all operations within the company. He leads the Office of the CEO, which includes senior executive management and key leadership teams across the organization. Before assuming the role of President and CEO, Rezaik held senior leadership positions within the company, overseeing major operational and project management functions.
Rezaik began his career with the company as a project engineer, and through a series of significant assignments in residential, commercial, and governmental projects, he advanced to construction manager and subsequently to broader leadership roles. He has held regional and district management positions that strengthened his expertise in delivering complex projects across Saudi Arabia.
With over 30 years of experience in the construction industry, Rezaik possesses extensive knowledge of both the company and the Saudi construction market. His unwavering focus on the company’s future, along with his dedication to developing talent and supporting communities, reflects his leadership vision and commitment to building a lasting legacy in the Kingdom.
