As President and Chief Executive Officer, Salem Sudees is responsible for all operations within Rezaik Al Gedrawy. He leads the company’s executive management team, overseeing strategic planning, operational excellence, and leadership across all sectors of the business. Before becoming President and CEO, Salem held senior leadership positions within the company, including key operational and project management roles.
Salem began his career in the construction industry with Rezaik Al Gedrawy as a project engineer, and through various assignments in residential, commercial, and governmental projects, progressed to construction manager and then to broader leadership roles. He has held district and regional management responsibilities that strengthened his expertise in delivering complex projects across Saudi Arabia.
With over 30 years of experience in the construction industry, Salem combines extensive knowledge of Rezaik Al Gedrawy with a deep understanding of the Saudi construction market. His consistent focus on the company’s future, developing talent, and supporting communities reflects his leadership vision and commitment to building a lasting legacy in the Kingdom.
