Officially awarded the design and construction contract for Diyar AlMahash, a sustainable residential community inspired by AlUla’s heritage​

We are proud to announce our partnership with AlUla Development Company, a subsidiary of the Public Investment Fund (PIF), which has awarded the design and build contract for the Diyar Al Mahash Project to our company, Rezaik Al Gedrawy Co. (RGC).
This project is part of ongoing efforts to develop high-quality residential projects that enhance infrastructure and support the rapidly growing hospitality sector, in line with the governorate’s sustainable development objectives.
Located in Al Mahash District, the project is one of the key developments within AlUla’s urban growth journey.
It will provide sustainable residential environments for over 1,000 employees working in the hotel and hospitality sector through 568 diverse residential units, creating an integrated, vibrant community that supports productivity and quality of life.
The design of the project is inspired by AlUla’s unique natural landscape, desert color palette, and striking topography, complemented by artistic elements reflecting the local architectural identity.
The project includes a comprehensive range of facilities and services to enhance residents’ experience.
Construction is scheduled to begin in 2025 and is planned for completion in 2027, adhering to the highest standards of quality and sustainability.
The project aims to achieve LEED Gold certification, emphasizing environmentally friendly practices and the use of locally sourced materials whenever possible.
