Proud to partner with Al Akaria in delivering the Fai Sedra 2

Proud to announce our continued partnership with The Saudi Real Estate Company (Al Akaria) following the successful delivery and strong collaboration on Fai Sedra 1, which laid a solid foundation of trust and performance between both parties.

Building on this success, we are honored to develop Fai Sedra 2 within ROSHN’s Sedra community in Riyadh, with a total project value of SAR 425 million (excluding VAT).

The project spans a total area of 92,450 sqm and includes the construction of 310 residential villas, with unit sizes ranging from 250 to 450 sqm. The scope of work covers all civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical, and external works, delivered in accordance with the highest construction and engineering standards.

This project reflects our shared commitment to delivering high-quality residential communities that enhance quality of life and support Riyadh’s ongoing urban growth. We look forward to continuing this successful partnership and delivering another landmark development together.
